• Robert M. “Mack” McClafferty

    Robert M. “Mack” McClafferty, Vice President:

    Mack is a graduate of the national Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer program with over 40 years in the fire and emergency management services. Including as a firefighter in New York state and Washington D.C. where he retired as a Battalion Chief. He managed the National Incident Management System (NIMS) for Washington D.C., and was a member of the National Capital Region Incident Management Team (NCRIMT).

    James C. Talbert, Vice President:

    Jim is also a seasoned 40 year veteran of the fire and emergency services. he served almost 31 years in Washington D.C. Fire and EMS Department and retired as a Deputy Fire Chief in Operations. Jim is a charter member of the NCRIMT and a certified Type 3 Incident Commander, Operations and Planning Section Chief. After retiring, he worked as the NIMS program Manager for two Virginia Counties and as an emergency management consultant working on several U.S. government contracts.

  • William J. Taylor

    William J. Taylor, President:

    Bill has a long history of service. From his younger days as a combat veteran of the Unites States marine Corps, to his 20 years with the Washington D.C. Fire & EMS Department. Post retirement he served as a fire and life safety consultant protecting some of the largest high rise buildings in New York City. He also created a successful construction business. He has a broad education with several Bachelors degrees and a Masters degree.
